     Payment

★ Payment is made with USD currency, through Ko-fi or via PayPal invoice.
★ If you pay via PayPal, you must pay upfront full price once confirmed, then I'll start working on your commission.
★ I don't do refunds unless issues are addressed early. Once I have already started working on your commission there is no possibility of refunds. In case I'm no longer able to finish your commission for any reason, I will refund the full amount paid.
★ All artworks sold are entirely digital goods. Therefore, you acknowledge that this is a digital service and does not involve the shipping of any physical product.

     Commissions

★ Artwork will be done in my own style and tastes, make sure you feel comfortable with my work before commissioning.
★ I have the right to decline commissions if I don’t feel comfortable or capable of doing them. If they were requested through Ko-fi, full refund will be made.
★ I only work with visual references along with descriptions. Abstract written concepts are confusing and require further elaboration. I don’t really mind you sending a raw sketch or doodles to get a visual example of what you desire.
★ Prices may vary depending on multiple factors (character difficulty, coloring, etc.), keep that in mind.
★ I will provide you with updates on the drawing's progress throughout the 3-step process (sketch, line art, base coloring) in which you can request a maximum of 3 corrections per step if you do not feel satisfied. Any additional corrections beyond this limit will incur a fee of $2/each. You can ask to be shown advances at any time with no extra costs.
★ Artworks and prices shown are for personal use only. For commercial use I charge 2 times the original price.
★ I will keep the right to post the artwork commissioned on social media or portfolios unless you specifically ask me not to.
★ Original files might get deleted from the cloud, please be sure to download it and save a copy.

     Adoptables

★ Design changes are allowed but character must remain recognizable. Do not edit my original artwork.
★ Crediting is not necessary, although it is appreciated. Claiming it as your design is prohibited.
★ You can gift, trade, or resell them. However, you must keep the same price or lower when selling.
★ You cannot involve this character in any form of hate speech, trolling or any inappropriate behavior.
★ Adoptables are for personal use only. For commercial use I charge 3 times the original price.
★ I will keep the right to post my own artwork of the design on social media or portfolios unless you specifically ask me not to.
★ Original files might get deleted from the cloud, please be sure to download it and save a copy.
★ Adoptables are non-refundable.
